As the administrative manager, Angel Moore oversees and manages the clinical and financial operations of the Department of Pediatric Endocrinology. Prior to working in Pediatric Endocrinology, Angel was at Hopkins for 14 years within the Department of Surgery. She holds a BA in Health Administration and Health Information Systems
Dawn Bergeron, Medical Office Supervisor
As the senior medical office supervisor, Dawn Bergeron is the voice and management of the pediatric endocrine and diabetes clinics. To ensure your quality patient care, she maintains all functions of correspondence for your team of physicians. Dawn’s medical training and expertise began in 1986 while serving in the United States Army and continues to grow.
Khalia Robinson, Senior Administrative Coordinator
As the senior medical office coordinator, Khalia is the support of the pediatric endocrine and diabetes clinics. To ensure quality patient care, she maintains all functions of correspondence for your team of physicians. Prior to John Hopkins, Khalia worked at a private and non-private organization since 2013 and Johns Hopkins University since March 2022.
Kierra Simmons,Senior Administrative Coordinator
As the senior administrative coordinator, Kierra is the administrative support for the division chief, diabetes center and pediatric endocrine and diabetes clinics. Kierra started at Johns Hopkins in 2021 in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has now joined Pediatrics Endocrinology division. Prior to joining Hopkins, Kierra has worked in the government sector in for ten years in various administrative roles.
Kay Thilert, Administrative Coordinator
As administrative coordinator, Kay provides financial accounting support through Accounts Payable and Purchasing to the Division including the Pediatric Endocrinology Research Labs. She also provides clinical support when needed. Kay has been at Johns Hopkins since 2000 and in Pediatric Endocrinology since 2017.
